Providence St. Luke's Rehabilitation Institute is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support maintenance of hospital buildings, equipment and utilities in Spokane. Responsibilities include routine carpentry, painting, HVAC and light electrical/plumbing tasks as trained.

Under the Facilities Manager, you will ensure safety and reliability, while maintaining a supportive, respectful environment for patients and staff.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree plus 2 years related experience or 3 years related maintenance experience or an apprenticeship in a related trade
• Driving may be necessary; provide driver license and auto insurance upon request

Responsabilités

• Perform routine, skilled and preventative maintenance on hospital buildings, equipment and utilities
• General building maintenance, carpentry, painting, lighting, light electrical, plumbing or HVAC as trained
• Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor with patients, families, staff and visitors
