Qualifications

• Associate's Degree plus 2 years related experience or 3 years related maintenance experience or an apprenticeship in a related trade.
• Driving may be necessary; must provide valid driver license and auto insurance on request.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, skilled and preventative maintenance on hospital buildings, equipment and utilities.
• Undertake general building maintenance, carpentry, painting, light electrical repairs, plumbing or HVAC as trained.
• Maintain courteous and professional interaction with patients, families, staff and visitors.
