Job summary

Ochsner Clinic Foundation in New Orleans seeks an experienced Facilities Supervisor to lead hospital facilities management staff and mobile clinic maintenance crews. You will supervise and discipline staff, manage budgets, and drive preventive and corrective maintenance across building systems and equipment.

The role requires 5 years of maintenance experience and 2 years of supervisory experience, with a high school diploma required and a Bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 5 years of maintenance experience required.
• 2 years supervisory experience in building construction, maintenance or repair work preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise hospital facilities management staff and mobile clinic maintenance repair staff.
• Oversee maintenance and repair of building systems, central plant, and fixed equipment.
• Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets; oversee minor construction/renovation projects.
• Ensure PM and corrective maintenance is properly executed and documented.
• Maintain detailed construction schedules and start/completion dates for contractor projects.
• Perform other related duties as required.
