Responsibilities

• Preceptor/mentor for new staff and validate skills as outlined in orientation and evaluation processes.
• Delegate tasks based on role, competency, and scope of practice per state regulations and compliance standards.
• Maintain department productivity and address staff concerns with leadership.
• Provide training, coaching and feedback to ensure performance standards and staff development.
• Perform age and diagnosis-appropriate evaluations and/or treatment for licensed disciplines.
• Maintain patient records according to policies and procedures.
• Assist in evaluating department learning needs to adapt to research, practice trends, and patient populations.
• Comply with all policies and standards.
