Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on hospital building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical).
- Respond to maintenance requests and work orders to ensure safe operations.
- Support repairs and general upkeep of equipment and facility systems.
- Assist with facility improvement projects, renovations, installations, and minor construction.
- Participate in fire and life safety inspections and corrective actions.
