Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years facility maintenance experience preferred; healthcare or hospital maintenance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting to ensure hospital equipment and building systems operate safely and reliably.
• Complete scheduled preventive maintenance and safety testing of critical utility systems (generators, backflow, water chemistry, alarms, steam traps, electrical).
• Assist with maintaining critical hospital utility systems to support continuity of operations and patient safety.
• Document maintenance activities with accurate records of work performed, time, parts, asset numbers, test results and repairs.
