Job summary

Duties include plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC/R work, responding to emergencies and maintaining a high level of customer service.

The role supports University Hospital and Facilities Administration, with a 40-hour First Shift schedule and standard safety and documentation responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Performs daily inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Performs repairs in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC/R as needed.
• Assists other trades and communicates with customers and supervision.
• Completes documentation and operates department vehicle as required.
