Qualificações

• One (1) year of work experience in electrical, plumbing, masonry, mechanical equipment, locksmithing, painting, motor vehicle maintenance, grounds keeping, equipment maintenance, HVAC, carpentry, welding, or electronic cabling.

Responsabilidades

• Performs routine, journey level work in building maintenance and construction trades such as carpentry, masonry, painting, etc., and repair/renovation and/or routine preventative maintenance to hospital buildings and residential homes.
• Maintains and repairs buildings, utility systems, and stationary equipment; completes paperwork and maintains work order records; communicates verbally and in writing.
• Performs other duties as assigned including disaster response/COOP activation; may work alternate shifts or locations.
