Mars Veterinary Health seeks a Specialist, Hospital Facilities to provide regional facilities management support for Banfield Pet Hospitals, VCA hospitals, and MVH banners. You will handle repairs, preventive maintenance, and landlord-relationship tasks while coordinating with Lease Administration and field leadership to maintain 100% hospital operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional facilities or construction experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints.
• Proficient troubleshooting in electrical and plumbing systems.
• Healthcare facilities background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional facility repairs and PM programs across MVH banners.
• Manage contracts, vendors, and budgets up to $1M.
• Interpret lease language and coordinate with Lease Administration.
• Procure contractors and oversee project completion.
• Ensure hospital operations with rapid response to emergencies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support openings and maintenance.
