Mars Veterinary Health is hiring a Hospital Maintenance Technician to support Salt Lake City area clinics. You’ll lead facility repairs, preventive maintenance, and contractor coordination while ensuring safety and standards across multiple hospital sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction/Facilities Management preferred.
• Three years of experience in Construction or Maintenance required.
• Knowledge of construction terms, blueprints, and electrical/plumbing troubleshooting.
• Experience with building construction tools and materials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Live Mars Five Principles in self and team.
• Identify, manage, perform, measure, schedule and track facility repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Manage in-house maintenance work orders and coordinate timelines.
• Oversee regional ceramic tile floor care and paints within region.
• Source and manage painting contractors per standards.
• Perform medical equipment preventive maintenance and report damage.
• Inspect and report facility damages and variances.
• Communicate repair updates to managers and field leaders.
• Coordinate travel within MVH guidelines and budget.
• Some travel is required.
