Mars Veterinary Health is seeking a Hospital Maintenance Technician to support our Pittsburgh area hospitals. This full-time role requires residence within 20 miles and offers a strong benefits package with competitive wages and perks.

You will manage repairs, scheduling, and vendor coordination, while ensuring safety standards and timely updates to leadership. A construction/maintenance background and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Facilities Management, or similar preferred.
• At least 3 years of maintenance or construction experience required.
• Experience with electrical, plumbing, and general building construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, track, and complete facility repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Source, hire, and manage painting contractors.
• Perform medical equipment preventive maintenance.
• Report damages and construction plan variances.
• Communicate updates to managers and field leaders.
