Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, a technical HVAC degree or journeyman status, 5+ years in HVAC installation/repair/maintenance, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical degree in HVAC or related program; journeyman status preferred or years of experience may substitute.
• 5+ years HVAC installation, facility repair, or facility maintenance experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance duties in/buildings and grounds, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, med gas, and building construction.
• Tend to offsite locations and ensure safety and compliance with infection control standards.
