Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent training with 1–5 years in building maintenance.
• Experience with boilers, chillers, electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems and building automation is desirable.
• Must have a valid NC driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs across hospital facilities and outbuildings.
• Interpret technical manuals, blueprints and specifications for installation and maintenance.
• Adhere to established standards and safety protocols; respond to emergencies as needed.
