Job summary

Qualifications

• Specialized or technical training.

• Proof of Mandatory Reporter abuse training within three months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Operates, adjusts, and regulates boilers, chillers, pumps and building management systems.
• Observes meters and gauges and adjusts valves to meet readings.
• Records readings in the logbook and conducts water quality checks.
• Maintains boiler water condition, oils moving parts, and inspects for scale deposits.
• Tests for regulatory compliance and supports emergency generator testing.
• May work at Mercy facilities as needed.
