Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience operating large central heating and chilled water plants.
• Licenses: High Pressure Boiler, 1st Class Refrigeration, EPA refrigerant certification.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Start/Stop Boilers to maintain continuous steam supply for campus operations.
• Operate and monitor chilled water systems including pumps and cooling towers.
• Monitor diesel generators for emergency power supply.
• Respond to alarms and troubleshoot plant equipment.
• Test and treat boiler water and cooling water chemistry.
• Maintain documentation and compliance with regulatory agencies.
