Qualifications

• Experience supervising EVS technicians, floor techs, and laundry staff.
• Knowledge of infection prevention and safety regulations (OSHA, CMS, TJC).
• Ability to coordinate staffing, schedules, and workflow to meet needs.
• Strong communication, reporting, and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and support EVS staff on assigned shifts.
• Oversee laundry operations with quality control and infection prevention focus.
• Inspect patient/resident rooms, public spaces, and laundry areas for safety and cleanliness.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, CMS, TJC, and applicable regulations.
• Coordinate daily staffing assignments and workflow.
• Report departmental performance and issues to leadership.
• Train new staff and ensure ongoing development and policy compliance.
• Respond to staff and operational issues to maintain smooth operations.
