Qualifications

• Read and understand material safety data sheets and chemical labeling.
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card required at time of hire and maintained during employment.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning of patient rooms and assigned areas.
• Dust, mop, scrub, disinfect, vacuum and polish per department policy.
• Empty hampers, trash, and medical waste containers.
• Restock and inventory supplies in assigned areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and report repairs.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as needed.
• Respond to questions from patients, staff and visitors while providing good customer service.
