Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 2 years’ experience including floor care required.
• Basic healthcare housekeeping customer service skills required.
• Use of floor equipment as defined in duties and responsibilities required.

Responsibilities

• Clean patient rooms and discharges as required.
• Perform routine floor maintenance and operate floor machines.
• Strip and refinish floors, including stripping and scrubbing.
• Spot clean carpet surfaces with proper chemicals.
• Haul trash and manage waste including bio trash with steam autoclave/shredder.
• Maintain patient confidentiality per hospital policy.
• Learn and use MS Office Outlook for emails.
• Assist with recycling and meeting setups.
