Qualifications

• 4+ years in support services, housekeeping, or facilities maintenance.
• 1+ years of supervisory/management experience.
• Strong work ethic and customer service focus.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Budgeting and profit/loss awareness.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee department operations and budget.
• Monitor expenditures and develop operating budget.
• Coordinate housekeeping activities with other departments.
• Lead, train, and mentor department staff.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality goals.
• Set work standards and policies for operations.
• Support facility goals and performance plans.
