Job summary

Compass Group USA's TouchPoint division in Birmingham is seeking an Environmental Services Manager to lead the department's operations, oversee 20-25 associates, and coordinate training. This role also manages budgeting, monitors expenditures, and ensures regulatory compliance while partnering with administration to meet facility goals.

The position offers full-time hours with a Monday–Friday schedule and a first shift, along with the benefits described.

Qualifications

• 4 years of support services, military, housekeeping, or facilities experience.
• 1+ year of supervisory/management experience.
• Strong work ethic, initiative for quality and customer service.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Understanding of budgeting processes and P&L awareness.
• CRCST or related sterile processing certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee departmental operations for Environmental Services.
• Coordinate tasks of 20-25 department associates and assist training.
• Manage department financial data and statistics.
• Monitor unit expenditures and budget within approved limits.
• Plan and supervise housekeeping activities in coordination with other departments.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and facility goals.
