Job summary

TouchPoint is seeking an Environmental Services Manager to direct the hospital department's operations, coordinate tasks of the department's staff, and liaise with administration to deliver high-quality service. The role requires frequent rounding and being on your feet for most of the shift, with a daily 5+ mile walk within the facility.

The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience, budgeting knowledge, strong communication, and a commitment to customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Physical Requirements: Must be comfortable walking 5+ miles per day while actively monitoring operations, engaging with staff, and ensuring service standards are maintained.
• Experience in support services, military, housekeeping, and/or facilities maintenance.
• 1+ years of supervisory/management experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee the hospital department's operational needs and budget.
• Coordinate housekeeping and related activities with other departments.
• Plan, organize, and supervise department functions and staff workflow.
