Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree related field preferred.
• Experience in supervising housekeeping staff.
• Experience with hospital cleaning equipment and chemicals (5–7 years).
• Can substitute experience for degree where allowed.

Responsibilities

• Establish standards, policies, and work procedures for housekeeping staff.
• Develop work schedules and assign staff to areas and shifts.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate housekeeping personnel.
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities for cleanliness, safety, and efficiency.
• Identify improvements and coordinate repairs, layout changes, and space reallocation.
• Manage inventories and coordinate purchasing of supplies.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and hospital quality regulations.
