Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Establish standards and work procedures for housekeeping staff.
• Plan work schedules and assign staff to ensure coverage.
• Train, supervise, and evaluate housekeeping personnel.
• Inspect facilities and recommend repairs or space improvements.
• Identify unsafe conditions and promote a safe environment.
• Evaluate new supplies, equipment, and cleaning methods.
• Prepare departmental budgets and productivity reports.
• Maintain inventory and requisition replacements as needed.
• Ensure compliance with infection prevention and regulatory standards.
