Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend instructions in writing and orally.
• Ability to read and write information in English regarding Duty list, Instructional information, and policies and procedures.
• Ability to use alphanumeric pager and telephone.
• Customer service core competencies for dealing with patients, visitors, and hospital staff.
• Able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead housekeeping tasks using cleaning techniques and equipment.
• Responsible for timely, courteous, and competent services for patients, visitors, and staff.
• Accepts additional assignments to provide service excellence to patients, visitors, and hospital staff.
• May be assigned to receive guidance from the Nursing Department.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
