Qualifications

• Customer service core competencies for dealing with patients, families, visitors, and staff; able to work independently.
• 2–4 years of environmental services experience required.
• Good physical condition; able to work with hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead Environmental Service Aide supervises and assigns housekeeping duties; ensures quality of service.
• Oversees timely, courteous, and safe services for patients, visitors, and staff.
• Accepts additional assignments to support hospital services as needed.
• May receive guidance from the Nursing Department.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
