Job summary

Versiti Blood Center of Wisconsin is seeking a Hospital Relations Specialist to build and maintain strong connections with assigned donation service area hospitals and clinicians, serving as the Versiti Organ & Tissue contact/resource. You will facilitate donation processes and act as a liaison to hospital staff throughout the organ donation journey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required.
• 3–5 years of related experience may substitute the degree with HR approval.
• Health care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains annual hospital development plans with assigned hospitals.
• Increases organ and tissue donation referrals within the DSA.
• Establishes and improves collaboration with hospital staff and executives.
• Serves as liaison for communication and issue resolution during donation cases.
• Maintains donation records and ensures regulatory compliance.
• Participates in education activities for hospital administration and staff.
• Develops community education programs about organ donation.
