Infinite Legacy is seeking a Hospital Donation Coordinator 2 to support hospital donation programs across the service area. You will develop relationships with hospital staff, analyze donation data, and identify opportunities to improve outcomes while traveling to assigned hospitals.

The role requires 40 hours per week, on-call shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to work autonomously within a team. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required; in lieu could have an Associate’s degree plus 2 years relevant work experience
• Minimum of 2 years in the Hospital Services department or nursing/respiratory therapy applicable experience
• Professional hospital experience preferred
• Autonomous project management and effective teamwork required

Aufgaben

• Develops and maintains hospital profiles, needs assessments, and strategic plans to increase hospital-wide donation.
• Works with hospital leaders to build comprehensive donation systems and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Plans and delivers educational programs and conducts regular on-site education and rounds.
• Performs daily checks on donation activity, updates resources, and resolves problems as a representative of Infinite Legacy.
• Provides coaching, feedback, and recruitment of donor program champions to hospital staff.
