Lincare Holdings Corp. is seeking a Hospital Liaison to work at an assigned hospital, providing DME and respiratory products and services while supporting the facility during patient discharge.

You will educate referral sources, case managers, and hospital staff on product offerings, coordinate oxygen portability and home setup, and identify new referral sources to grow the program. The role requires strong communication skills, Medicare knowledge, and the ability to manage paperwork, billings,

Qualificações

• Excellent communication skills required.
• Knowledge of Medicare coverage guidelines and documentation.
• Computer skills required.
• Experience working with health care providers is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop new referral sources.
• Prepare for and participate in trade shows and campaigns.
• Conduct in-service trainings for referral sources and case managers.
• Initiate resolution for complaints from referral sources.
• Explain Medicare coverage, pricing, and product information to referral sources.
• Assist with paperwork for billing and collections; obtain prescriptions.
• Contact case managers daily to coordinate patient equipment needs.
• Coordinate with centers to schedule home setup of equipment.
• Explain coverage criteria to case managers and patients.
