Qualifications

• 6 months experience in customer service or dispatching or operator functions.
• Associate's Degree preferred.
• Experience in hospital PBX or Call Center is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch assignments to Support Service personnel via work orders.
• Coordinate patient transports and monitor transport requests.
• Provide 711 emergency call handling for Mission Hospital campuses.
• Coordinate emergency codes/alerts with departments and monitor alarms.
