Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service abilities in healthcare settings.

• Able to read and interpret safety manuals, procedures, and billing documents.

Responsibilities

• Stock vehicle daily with equipment, disposables, and paperwork for discharge.
• Make rounds to contact case managers at facilities to coordinate discharges.
• Communicate with centers about O2 discharges so home setup can be scheduled.
• Explain coverage criteria to case managers and patients.
• Complete setup paperwork daily for all equipment delivered.
• Assist with obtaining CMNs and chart notes for billing.
