DASCO Home Medical Equipment, Inc. is hiring a Hospital Liaison to support hospital clients with discharge planning for patients needing durable medical equipment (DME).

The role delivers equipment in hospital settings and coordinates home deliveries, ensuring patient education and safe operation. You will interact with patients and families, verify information, and collaborate with hospital staff while maintaining compliance with HIPAA and related regulations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Associate’s degree in related field preferred.
• Six months’ experience in healthcare/medical/insurance/DME customer service recommended.

Responsabilités

• Attend discharge planning meetings and record patient needs.
• Meet with patient/family to review discharge and equipment needs.
• Deliver equipment to patient’s room and educate on use and care.
• Maintain knowledge of home medical equipment and DASCO products.
• Support branch operations and ensure HIPAA/compliance.
