Job summary

NTT DATA Americas, Inc. in Stockton, CA, is seeking a Desktop Services Technician to image and deploy desktop and laptop PCs in a hospital environment.

You will install peripheral devices and printers, perform standard break/fix, and ensure devices are logged in the asset management system. Qualifications include 3-5 years of Windows PC technical experience, strong Windows OS knowledge, and solid customer service communications.

Responsibilities

• Imaging and deployment of desktop and laptop PC workstations.
• Install minor peripheral devices and printers.
• Perform standard break/fix of desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile carts, printers and peripherals.
• Ensure new devices are accurately logged and tracked in the asset management system.
