Responsibilities

• Support end-user hardware including workstations, printers, faxes, copiers, and wireless and telecommunication systems.
• Support end-user standard workstation software and systems, including current applications suite and remote connectivity (VPN).
• General connectivity troubleshooting.
• IT equipment asset tracking and inventory management of software licenses and hardware.
• Use an internal call tracking system for incident management and reporting.
• Interact with HGH staff and vendors to resolve basic help desk issues while maintaining confidentiality.
• Travel between onsite campus buildings and offsite locations.
