Job summary

Good Samaritan University Hospital, part of Catholic Health, is seeking a Customer Services team member to assist visitors with information and directions.

Responsibilities include patient information, way finding, facility information, assisting patients and visitors to destinations, and transport by wheelchair. A high school diploma, strong communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and BLS certification are required or preferred.

• Prior hospital or public-facing experience preferred.
