Good Samaritan University Hospital, part of Catholic Health, seeks a Patient Services Associate to assist visitors with information and directions. You will help patients and families navigate the facility and support discharge transport in a busy, community hospital setting.
Applicants should have a high school diploma, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a high-stress environment. BLS certification is preferred, with basic computer skills for clerical tasks.

The GSUH Customer Services department covers the Main Entrance as well as the Baxter Entrance and provides visitors with way finding, patient information and facility information all in an effort to enhance the patient and visitor experience.
USD $24.00 - USD $26.00 /Hr.
