Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in a high-contact customer service position or equivalent setting.
• Must be able to lift 50-80 pounds for short durations.

Responsibilities

• Provides a warm welcome to patients and visitors.
• Answers questions in person or by phone and forwards to the appropriate department.
• Provides wayfinding services to locations within the hospital.
• Screens entrants and ensures compliance with entry protocols.
• Directs customers to the appropriate department without exception.
• Informs patients and visitors of hospital services and amenities.
• Follows up on concerns and assists in issue resolution.
• Uses basic computer and office equipment to assist guests.
