Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot questions, concerns and issues as they arise.
• Train and mentor assigned volunteers.
• Maintain desk resources and departmental manuals.
• Cross-train across areas to ensure continuity and quality of service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
