Job summary

Cantex Continuing Care Network is seeking a Hospitality Concierge Coordinator for Solera at West Houston in Houston, TX. This role focuses on delivering exceptional hospitality and coordinating admission services to welcome new patients and their families.

You will work with the interdisciplinary team to anticipate patient needs, coordinate services, and ensure a smooth admission experience while maintaining high standards of service excellence.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant with valid certification.
• Minimum 1 year in long-term care.
• Minimum 2 years in customer service, hospitality, guest services or related experience preferred.
• Experience in luxury hospitality, healthcare hospitality, senior living, or customer-facing environments is desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Ability to remain professional under pressure.
• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary hospitality contact for new admissions and families.
• Coordinate with facility departments to ensure rooms are clean, prepared, and admission-ready.
• Greet new patients and families upon arrival with a warm, personalized welcome.
• Escort patients and families through the admission process and assist with orientation to the facility.
• Act as liaison between patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Coordinate initial telehealth visit with Nurse Practitioner within 36 hours of admission.
• Promote patient dignity, respect, and individualized service.
