Mass General Brigham seeks a Per Diem Communications Operator to support hospital operations at 243-245 Charles Street. The role is onsite with rotating shifts and a pay range of $17.71–$22.15 hourly.

Responsibilities

• Operate hospital switchboard and pager systems; relay information to callers and visitors.
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls with speed and accuracy.
• Respond to code-emergency situations and alert relevant personnel.
• Manage mobile pagers, relay messages, and log key dispositions.
• Monitor alarm systems at the switchboard and issue keys to authorized personnel.
• Coordinate on-call information and meetings; resolve basic discrepancies.
