Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responds to and operates multi-function work stations, paging systems, emergency hotline and alarm devices to route calls and support hospital response.
• Provides communication links between in-house and on-call personnel, patients, and caregivers in routine and urgent situations.
• Arranges for repair of pocket pagers and patient telephones and ensures equipment availability.
