St. David's North Austin Medical Center seeks a Clinical Pharmacy Manager to design, implement and oversee hospital clinical programs, formulary management, and pharmacist education. You will lead clinical practice development, mentor staff, and participate in rounds and quality improvement initiatives.

The role requires a Doctor of Pharmacy or BS Pharmacy, Texas licensure, and substantial hospital pharmacy leadership experience. This is a full‑time on‑site position at St.

Competenze

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD required.
• Texas licensure as a registered pharmacist in good standing.
• At least 5 years hospital pharmacy experience.
• PGY2 residency or pharmacy specialty fellowship preferred.
• Specialty certification such as BCPS/BCOP/BCCCP preferred.
