St. David’s North Austin Medical Center is seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacy Manager to design, implement and oversee hospital pharmacy clinical programs, including formulary management and staff education.

The role requires leadership across multidisciplinary teams and ongoing program development to improve patient care. The ideal candidate will have a PharmD or BS in Pharmacy, Texas licensure, and at least five years of hospital pharmacy experience, with PGY2 residency or equivalent and

Competenze

Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD is required.
Texas license as a pharmacist in good standing (TSBP) is required.
Minimum 5 years of hospital pharmacy experience.
Completion of hospital PGY2/pharmacy specialty residency or fellowship is desirable.
Specialty certification such as BCPS/BCOP/BCCCP is preferred.
PharmD degree is preferred.
Prior hospital pharmacy management/ASHP-accredited experience is valuable.

Mansioni

Design, implement and manage hospital pharmacy clinical programs.
Lead formulary management, policy development and pharmacist education.
Mentor pharmacists, residents and students; participate in rounds as needed.
