St. David’s North Austin Medical Center is seeking a results-driven Clinical Pharmacy Manager to design, implement and oversee pharmacy clinical programs.

The role includes formulary management, policy development, pharmacist education, and providing clinical guidance to practitioners across the hospital. You will mentor staff, participate in daily rounds, and collaborate with leadership to meet quality, safety and regulatory goals.

Competenze

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD and Texas licensure.
• Minimum 5 years hospital pharmacy experience; PGY2 residency/fellowship preferred.
• CCO/Clinical leadership experience and specialty certification preferred.

Mansioni

• You will interpret orders and ensure accurate transcription and verification.
• You will lead clinical programs, formulary management and education initiatives.
• You will mentor pharmacists and coordinate multidisciplinary rounds.
• You will ensure regulatory compliance and quality improvement participation.

Formazione

Current Texas Pharmacist license

PGY2 residency or fellowship

Hospital pharmacy residency certification (BCPS/BCOP/BCCCP)
