Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing pastoral care to patients, families, and staff.
• Serve as liaison between clergy, patients, families, and hospital staff.
• Participate in on-call rotations and hospital-wide worship events.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and hospital committees.
• Uphold safety, quality, and efficiency as a High Reliability Organization.
