Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Two years ministry experience, with at least one year in a hospital setting.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct patient care for emergent and routine requests using spiritual assessment.
• Participate in on-call rotation including overnight or weekend shifts.
• Provide religious/spiritual rituals and liaise with the patients faith group/leaders and community resources.
• Demonstrate knowledge of medical ethics and legal issues including advance care planning and organ donation; serve as primary contact for ethics consultations.
• Provide care in diverse acute/non-acute settings including hospital, outpatient areas, extended care facilities, and homes; emphasize safety, quality, and efficiency.
