Job summary

North Country Healthcare seeks a House Coordinator to lead nursing activities across Med-Surg, ICU, ED, Surgery and Oncology for a shift. You will supervise departments, perform charge nurse duties, and provide direct patient care as needed, ensuring rounds every shift and compliance with NH guidelines.

Requires NH RN license (BSN preferred), BLS/ACLS, and critical care training with 5+ years clinical experience, including ED/ICU exposure.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in New Hampshire with BSN/BS/BA preferred.
• Required BLS, ACLS and Basic Dysrhythmia certifications.
• Critical care knowledge and related coursework required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing activities across Med-Surg, ICU, ED, Surgery and Oncology.
• Provide clinical supervision and act as backup RN in multiple departments.
• Perform charge nurse duties and rounds on Medical/Surgical and ICU units.
• Ensure adherence to CMS HCFA standards and NH nursing guidelines.
