Corewell Health's Grosse Pointe Hospital is seeking a part-time Observer for the 3NE unit. You will support nursing staff by providing patient care under RN supervision and assist with transport and documentation.

The role emphasizes patient safety, accurate charting, and teamwork. A CNA is preferred, BLS is required, and the position includes family-centered care within a Magnet-designated facility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• BLS certification (AHA/Red Cross) required.
• Current CNA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide care according to plan under RN supervision.
• Safely transport patients and document services.
• Provide Observer for constant observation as required.
• Perform receptionist/clerical duties to support unit.
• Document care in the electronic medical record.
