Responsibilities include safe patient transport, documentation in the EMR, and supporting the care team with observation and basic tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Current CNA certification preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) required.

• Document care provided in the electronic medical record.
• Assist with observation and routine nursing duties as assigned.
