Responsibilities

• Prepares raw fruits and vegetables, salads, and sandwiches; portions and assembles ingredients.
• Maintains sanitary conditions and clean equipment; operates and cleans kitchen areas and utensils.
• Sets up hot food on cafeteria and patient tray lines and ensures proper food service to customers.
• Cleans and disassembles/reassembles equipment; sweeps and mops floors as part of daily duties.
