Qualifications

• Ability to exercise sound judgment when resolving customer concerns and providing service recovery when appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Prepare specialty coffee, espresso-based beverages, and other menu items to brand standards.
• Provide outstanding customer service and create a welcoming experience for all customers.
• Take customer orders, answer questions, and process cash and credit transactions.
• Assist with food preparation, stocking, and inventory management.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards throughout the café.
• Complete temperature logs, safety checks, and other required documentation.
• Support café marketing initiatives and promote products to drive sales.
• Train or guide team members as needed and ensure quality standards are met.
• Operate café equipment safely and efficiently.
• Restock supplies and maintain appropriate inventory levels.
• Perform routine cleaning duties, including equipment, workstations, and service areas.
